My build instructions no longer work on our arm11 mpcore with the latest clone of the openocd repo. really wish they had asked me before they did that we had plenty of other pins on the other ports that would have made life much easier. I have a pin on the A port that I cant touch with openocd, and the existing legacy interface boards dont match thus going in and just modifying a line or two. either way you are going into the opeoncd source code and build from sources. or you build for legacy, I go into turtleizer2 no reason, just because, and modify it as desired. so you go into the openocd sources, and comment out the return on error and it tends to work. but using that method you periodically get a data transfer failure. cfg file, you dont have to specify one of the interface boards compiled into openocd. there is a bug in the new ftdi drivers where you can specify more in the. Misread your question thought you were working the pi3 not the pi1.Īt work I have to build my own openocd from sources, the apt-get one doesnt work. So it is almost working (I think), but something is still wrong Info : Listening on port 3333 for gdb connections Warn : Bypassing JTAG setup events due to errorsĮrror: 'arm11 target' JTAG error SCREG OUT 0x00 )Įrror: Trying to use configured scan chain anyway.Įrror: raspi.arm: IR capture error saw 0x00 not 0x01 Warn : Unexpected idcode after end of chain: 640 0x00000000Įrror: double-check your JTAG setup (interface, speed.
